Here are my calendar entries for the final four weeks.
week 9 colour teal rust white
Making a background using wild honey and pine needles distress inks blending the colours carefully, I then placed crafters workshop swirls mask over the top and blended over with forrest most and rusty hinge distress inks. Then i stamped over this using Hero Arts French Script stamp. I decotated the page using Spellbinders die cuts and a butterfly 3 in 1 punch from ek success,

week 10 trees
For this weeks page I used pan pastels and also an eraser to make a hilly field and sky scene, and Clarity stamps along with some masking to create the images.
Used for August
week 11 circles
This turned out as one of my favourite finished pages. starting off with cosmic shimmer sprays to make the base background, I then stamped circles from Tim Holtz Bitty Grunge set and embossed in white. Then using That Special Touch large circles mask I added spackle coloured with clay board inks then I stamped and heat embossed over this again with the bitty circles stamp. Using Mrs Noel, Octopode Factory Stamp, coloured with pro, flex and copic markers for my main image as the eyes are lovely big circles. To embellish the page I used some spellbinders holly flourish die cuts and a medallion I made using a Karntha mould and Fimo clay, coloured with silver alcohol mixative ink.
Used for November
week 12 dry or heat embossing
For the final week I used Visible Image Father Christmas, Christmas Verse and Grunge Flourish stamps. I made an inky background using pine needles and festive berries distress inks, then flicked water over that I blotted away. Then using the Visible Image verse and grunge flourish stamp I stamped in darker tones over the top. Next I inked and gold heat embossed the edges. My focal image as stamped and lighly coloured before clear triple embossing over the top. the mat for this is a piece triple embossed with gold powder. I used a wooden star button and a brass key to simply embellish the page, as I wanted the background to be seen. The brass key is there as in our household, we have a magic santa key hanging by the tree ready for his visit on Christmas Eve.
