Visible Image dt NEW Characters, Story, Candy

Hello and a good day to you. I have a treat for you today, well two actually. Firstly I'd like to introduce you to Edward and Isabella. These are two of the five new characters brought to you by VISIBLE IMAGE. I adore them, and I know you'll want them too. They are great to stamp and colour, or paper piece and can be used for many different occassions.

For my card, I conjured up a little love scenario and background to my Edward and Isabella. I have coloured my sweethearts with pro markers and copics, making Edward's skin lighter in tone as he's more of the indoors kinda guy, prefering to socialise within upper class circles and taking the easy way in life, not needing to work he has plenty of time for life's finer things. Isabella is darker toned skin, as she's not in the same class as Edward, spending her time outside, selling her wares to passers by, flowers and anything she can fashion by hand for very little pennies. She is quiet and shy, confidence low but understands that when something feels right, it probably is.
Isabella is in love with Edward, she knows all about him and feels that underneath his social climbing exterior, lies a warm heart wanting to love and receive love unconditionally. Hence she is holding her heart out just for him. In her hands she holds his future, love and happiness.
Edward has noticed Isabella, is intrigued by this beauty who makes him stop and stare and brings feelings to him unknown 'til Isabella caught his attention that is. The girl he asks others about, (albeit discreetly), who often looks as though her thoughts are much further away than where she stands. But will Edward see what's in Isabella's hands and grab it, forget social status and protocols and let his heart lead the way? Can Isabella overcome the hurdles of class and status, be brave and hold her hands out a little further? Only time will tell. There are more characters involved in their lives, will they help or hinder this love match? Will love conquer all for Edward and Isabella? We shall see.

I do hope you enjoyed the beginning of my story, it will continue as I show you more characters from VISIBLE IMAGE. Let me know what you think?

My card is 8x8 size, using distress inks and stains then using resist paste coloured with alcohol inks to use through harlequin stencil for the background. Then characters stamped, coloured with pro markers and copics cut out using spellbinders labels 1 dies. Flowers made using Tim Holtz tattered florals strip die, cheery lynn heart dies and a Fimo emellishment made using a Karantha mould and brown satin ribbon to finish.
