Polka dots and kittens

First off here's my entry for the Stampotique Designers Challenge SDC112 where Roc asked us to make something to include polka dots.
I made another page for my book of challenges which the shape is the Tim Holtz cabinet die. Background is made using Fresco paperartsy paints, limelight, snowflake, chocolate pudding and zesty zing mixed in. I used;
a spatula to apply the paint.
Imagination crafts bronze sparkle medium through large polka dot mask.
randomly stamped with Kaisercraft number stamp and green stazon
Stampotique girl pigtails stamp coloured with Distress markers and cut out.
Tim Holtz tattered florals strip die to make a layered flower from waxy paper
Diamante strips to add decoration.
This was one project that actually turned out as I planned and was pleased with end result.
Next up I'd like to share pictures of our latest additions due to join our family late next week. We're adopting two kittens from Cats Protection League and went to view the kittens, I'd loved to have had all six, lol so cute.  Here's the two we chose. Can't wait for them to come to their new home. We've not decided definitely on names, what would you suggest?  There's a girl more white and more mischievous and boy, he is a little tubby tummy.
Aren't they just gorgeous.
Well must dash
Happy crafting
Luv Dawn

  1. Gorgeous piece Dawn. And love the kitty I can see. Think my phone's playing up! I think the last picture looks like a Shadow or Socks. The girl sounds a bit like our cat whom we call Mischief! X
