Craft Stamper challenge entry 2

Here's my second entry for the Take it, Make it challenge run by Craft Stamper Magazine. It involved using the faux airbrushing technique as featured in the March edition of Craft Stamper Magazine. This card is again 8x8 in size and was more involved than the last one. I used homemade masks of a heart cut freehand and a die cut scallop edge oval. Using both the positive and negative parts. Starting with the heart and faux airbrushing through this, then masking this and faux airbrushing through the oval shape. Then masking the heart and using the negative oval to mask around the oval I stamped inside using Indigo Blu elegant flourish stamp.
Then with crushed olive and shabby shutters distress inks I coloured from the edges and used the same stamp on the corners. Tim Holtz provided the sentiment stamp in the heart.
String tied around a brayer and rolled through gold paint brayered across the card. Then string dyed with coffee tied around the main panel. Then came messy play time. Yey. Making my three main embellishments.
The wings are moulding paste cast over some small acrylic wing stamps then painted.
The bottom heart is string dipped in glue then arranged into shape and let dry and painted to match.
The top heart is a handcut chipboard heart covered with string glued in place and again painted to match.
I'll definitely be doing more casting with pastes and rubber stamps.
Thanks for looking

Thanks for the tips about the gelatine plate - what a great idea, I will have to try that! Makes it even more cost effective - liking it more and more! Thank you!
