Willow Sketchie challenge dt

Hi again, it's Thursday which means it's new challenge time at Willow Sketchie challenges. This week as always there's a sketch to use and the theme is Christmas in August. You can choose to follow either the sketch or theme or combine the two. The choice is yours and the winner gets a voucher to spend at Willow Designs.

My sample is an 8x8 card, using Walter Skating stamp and the papers are ones that came free with this months quick cards made easy magazine. I made the sentiment into a feature by looping bakers twine behind the heart shape.
I coloured Walter using polychromo pencils. I then stuck him behind a spellbinders bauble frame that my crafty friend jean sent me. A double bow at the top like a bauble hanger and gems and paper piercing to finish.
I rotated the sketch and used it for inspiration for my card.
