Hello crafty friends, it's time for a new challenge at DCC & FRIENDS. The theme is FAIRIES, MYSTIC, MAGIC.
We have two fabulous sponsors so there will be two overall winners and a top three.

The challenge runs through to 14th September. We will also be showcasing some entries, offering more inspiration from the design team and announcing the winners from challenge 1.
Now onto my sample, I have used things I love all in one place. Tinkerbell, pink, pretty papers, die cuts, bling and pearls and large cards. This is made starting with a 10x7 card blank.
Tinkerbell is from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps. coloured with alcohol markers and stands proud on a plethora of stacked die cuts, some of which have been glued to others to give new shapes.
I distressed the edges of the papers and mats,( as this Tinker has character and attitude) using four different ones used from Basic Grey Sultry pad, which were kindly sent to me by Kim Dellow last year as I loved them on a card she'd made for my card swap.They were perfect to go with my Tinkerbell. I coloured some of the die cuts to match the colours already used and put it together. I did spend a while playing with different layouts so I do hope it's worked out.
