Suzi Blu pretty in pink Tag

Hi guys.
Here's a tag I made this week. I do love Suzi Blu stamps. The background is made up of various colours of acrylic paints flower stamp and Tando Harlequin mask. Stamps used are Unity Now and Always and Suzi Blu Be the Poem.
I've coloured the characters with Pro Markers and the flowers and butterflies are stamped on painted old book pages. The little tabs on the sides are but from the flowers. Some gems and buttons finish it off.

Scrap Card make

Hi crafty friends,

This card is made up entirely from scraps of pattern paper and card. I used them in the Triangle stand up card and the Tando card below. From Prima wishful thinking papers. Not quite sure what I think but hey ho, still wanted to share. Not sure what our kitten Lucy thinks about it either. She's sat here thinking, then Bobby kitten has come along and sat on it, that's what he thinks. Turns around and the two older cats Oscar and Millie are competing to sit in the sink. Millie won, but she'll have a multi coloured bottom as I'd just been cleaning up some inks and brushos. Lol

I've used the cake stamp from Unity Stamps September KOM, coloured with watercolour pencils. Some washi tape and gems. The tiny greeting are.....peel offs. Gosh I remember the days of peel offs being used lots now you hardly see them...perhaps a time for a proper revival, what with all the different mediums available these days the humble peel offs could still find a place and look good too. One for me to ponder. What do you think of them? Most seem to look down on them. Hmmmm.??? I look forward to your comments.

Bright Love and Hearts

Hi everyone, here I've made a card to fit in with the challenges I'm entering it in to. I also made is as a card for my mum to show my love at Valentine's using bright colours that mum likes.

To make my card I've used the sketch from Unity challenge, turned 90 degrees. Used Unity Stamps KOM from September.

Coloured my focal images with Pro Markers. The hearts are from the middle of the bubble word stamp.

I had a try with the bokeh effect that is popping up blog wide. I've used distress inks, then splashed and sprayed water and left to dry. Then I've used Imagination Crafts Circles stencil with white pigment ink to make the bokeh effect. This stencil is perfect for recreating this look and saves punching or cutting circles to make a stencil.

The main background is more distress inks, stamped and splattered with paint and decorated with gems.
