Hello Crafty Friends, This week at The Craft Barn Blog, we are sharing our projects on the theme of Quintessentially English.
My first thought was of our lovely English Seasides. It brings back many happy memories for myself. Back in the days, visits to Southport were frequent for us as a family. When the windbreakers went up and the deck chairs opened it felt like a mini holiday. Bucket and spades and mum used to put together a cracking picnic. We'd sit on the blankets munching away trying not to get sand in our food. We'd play all day. In the winter we still visited and parked on the beach and walked into the fun fair and the town. When the weather was bad we'd still take a drive through. So that's where my wall hanging comes from.
You can see the step by steps over on The Craft Barn Blog
I've used PaperArtsy Jofy Stamps and watercolour paints. Simple but I liked it.
Thanks for visiting I'd love you to leave me some comments and also join in with the weekly challenge and monthly calendar challenge at The Craft Barn Blog.
Happy crafting
