Hello there, this week over on the PAPERARTSY BLOG we have been treated to some great quick and easy Christmas projects by Joanne Wardle. Here's my first inspired by Joanne, who made a zig zag wallet which remained me of a similar folded wallet or book. Using one sheet of paper. I'm gonna use mine to write present shopping in as yes still not done it, so I've stuck the open edges together so I can tuck receipts in. I've used Fresco Baltic blue, snowflake and crackle glaze to create my main image on the front like Joanne did and added some colour with distress markers. The stamps are from PaperArtsy too x I'm entering this into their weekly challenged by ...
I did have a go at Joanne's painted gingham, but wasn't happy with the full page I'd done, so it got cut up into tags, to be used sometime. I did have quite a few attempts at this painting but it drove me daft after a while, so stopped lol. I've added pic of what I did manage that didn't look too bad.
