Imagination Crafts Dt sparkle n shine

Hello everyone, today brings the new theme for the monthly challenge at Imagination Crafts Challenge Blog. This time we would like to see your creations with  theme of Sparkle and Shine.

There are fabulous ideas from the design team on the challenge blog with which to inspire you.  Here is my design team sample, making a wintery coloured card. I had lots of fun with this.

My sample uses the following Imagination Crafts products available here

Sparkle medium, Black stars

Detail sparkle medium silver

Diamond Background stencil

Decoupage stamp set - Daisy

 

other stash used silver pearl card, acrylic paint, gems, beadazzles. silver glitter, red line tape.

I used the distress inks along with splattering Dettol across the ink to make coloured background and to stamp daisies onto. The textured silver layer is done with silver acrylic paint done in layers and stippling as drying it then a few slicks of Silver detail sparkle medium. Using the Black stars through the diamond stencil and for edges and flower centre

.A little note here, this stencil is one of my most used stencil it goes with anything and by using the black stars medium to edge panel and flower centre helps bring colours and layers together as without it the stencilled part looked out of place. some more sparkle added with red line tape and silver glitter in place of where I would have put some ribbon, this I really liked the look and will remember to do it again.
