Thecraftbarn Alpha challenge H
Here is my second entry for the Alpha Challenge at The Craft Barn. H is the letter given this time, I chose hopSkotch. This has particular childhood memories for me. The flowers are reminiscent of the honeysuckle in our garden, which I've painted with acrylic paints over a background inked and sprayed and flicked with white paint. I even made little stones from coating pieces of card with viva decor. Thanks for looking. See you all soon.

A stunning page what a wonderful recreation of an old memory.
ReplyDeleteWow Dawn this is brilliant, I love your painted flowers and what a great choice of word. You asked why Sue The Iron - a few years ago I had Monopoly on my phone and my playing piece was the iron. When it was my turn to throw it would come up as Sue (The Iron) and it kind of stuck. If I were to start a blog now it would be Sue The Ruzzler lol. (I'm not permanantly glued to the phone, just on the bus to work :-)Have a fab day, Sue x
