Alpha challenge ma-me

Here's the first of my two pages for the alpha challenge at The Craft Barn. The challenge involves altering a dictionary or using dictionary definitions within your piece with new letter and instructions given every two weeks. With prizes to win, have a look and join in, I know I'm personally enjoying this and learning too along the way. This time we were given the choice to use any word between Ma and Me. For my first entry I chose MANDALA. I like this as a word and used my Mandala style stamps. Using acrylic paints to make my background using brushes and brayer in pastel colours and colouring with watercolor pens some creative expressions medallion stamps that were heat embossed first in gold.
