It's time for a new challenge at THAT CRAFT PLACE. The theme is...ANYTHING BUT SQUARE OR RECTANGLE.
We're sponsored by CRAFTERS COMPANION this time around so there's a £10.00 gift voucher for the lucky winner.
This is a brilliant challenge to really get creative and have some crafty fun. There's more inspiration on the challenge blog and the shop blog, and they really will get the ideas flowing. I'll be posting a couple more samples for the challenge very soon.
For my DT sample which is a large one, I used my EASI BOX Board and my marvellous Tim Holtz ruler to get the various octogan shapes, some were offset slighlty. The core dinations cardstock was embossed using cuttlebug and crafts too folders. The stamped image (courtesy of Lisa at That Craft Place who sent me various mouthwatering stash from her shop) is Clarity Stamps, coloured in with Pro Markers and Tria Markers. The organza ribbon(which I must shout about, is the best quality I've used to date again from That Craft Place Shop), ties the layers together and the pins are handmade from my jewellery making stash.
So come along and take part in our challenge, not only do we have a winner we have a top three too.
