FEBRUARY BOOKMARK SWAP....THEME BUTTONS
Here are my bookmarks for Tracy's Bookmark Swap within our group. Full details on the website.
The two orange bookmarks are made using Ripe Persimmon and Mustard Seed Distress Inks swiped directly onto white paper, then I stamped using bottle lids and acrylic paints. The botton borders are done using left over paper and Tatty Button Xmas Tree stamp, using just part og the stamp, see trees aren't just for Xmas. lol Further detail added with Tim Holtz stamps, doodling with black fine liner and white gel pens, and a smattering of buttons...of course.
The Lilac bookmark has an acetate overlay coloured with alcohol inks the stamped with Stazon ink with an inkadinkadoo clear stamp, buttons added to make my Button Bush.
One of my NEW tools is the Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher, which I've also used, I just love this tool, it certainly is a quality durable item, so would highly recommend it, quicker than brads and so easy to use.
